Darrin Leung – Co Founder
Darrin Leung co-established Grow Property Group in 2005, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to property, investment management, project advisory and marketing innovation. Drawing inspiration from property technology, luxury fashion, and architecture, he continues to push creative boundaries in the industry.
Born and raised in Brisbane, Darrin’s entrepreneurial spirit stems from his family’s Chinese restaurant, where he learned the values of perseverance, adaptability, and customer service. This foundation shaped his relationship-driven approach to business and deep appreciation for community and culture.
Holding a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Urban Design and Planning from QUT, Darrin has spent over two decades redefining real estate sales, marketing, and property development. As the principal licensee at Grow Property Group, he leads strategy and innovation, delivering high-quality boutique projects that blend functionality with emotional connection.
A dynamic professional with expertise spanning business strategy, design, asset management, and hospitality, Darrin is committed to pushing industry standards. His vision is fueled by a passion for transformative spaces, client success, and long-term value creation. With an ever-evolving perspective, he remains dedicated to innovation, growth, and leaving a lasting impact on the Australian property market.
Ayda Shabanz – Co Founder (Former Director)
Ayda is one of Australia’s leading property and finance experts.
